Summer 2009 Coaching programme

Tuesday: Specific coaching for those who wish to compete at outdoor athletics. One session 6.30 to 8pm. Final session on the 14th July.

Wednesday: Orienteering session on 8th July is at Nell Bank (Relays). It happens whatever the weather!! Bring midge repellant. The Relays are only for those who have done at least one of the sessions this year.

Saturday: Family Fell Run on Ilkley Moor, meet opposite Darwin Gardens. 9.30 to 10.15. All abilities. 8 to 16yrs and parents. Final session on the 25th July.
