Relays are a great opportunity for a runner to contribute to a team effort. You can push another or be pushed yourself to a new level, or just have a great social run! There's a huge choice of relays and something for everyone - keep an eye on this page and the Forums and other news channels for your chance to run. And when there's a call for volunteers, be bold! The Club's approach to relays is described in the Relays Policy.

There are a lot of events here! Whilst the Club Captains and the Committee will provide direction on which relays to enter, how many teams, etc. we will be looking for team 'leaders' to take responsibility for the detailed organisation of their team.
