Autumn Term Coaching Programme
Monday: Sportshall Athletics, 12 - 15 years, IGS sportshall. Session 1: 5.30 to 6.40 and Session 2: 6.45 to 7.55, Starts 13th Sept.
Tuesday: Specific Track & Field sessions, 9 -18 years, Ghyll Royd School. Nick's specific High Jump group 6pm to 7pm (arrive from 5.40 for first couple of weeks). Other groups (jumps, throws and hurdling) 6.45 to 8.15. Starts 14th Sept.
Wednesday: Speed & Endurance Running at ILT&SC, 5.30 to 6.15pm suitable for XC, Fell and Endurance track runners between 8 and 16 years. Starts 15th Sept.
Wednesday: Sportshall Athletics, 10 -13 years, Ghyll Royd School, 6 to 7pm, but arrive for 5.50. Starts 15th Sept.
Thursday: Sportshall Athletics, 8 - 11 years, IGS sportshall. Session 1: 5.40 to 6.40, but arrive from 5.30 and Session 2: 6.45 to 7.45. Starts 9th Sept.
Saturday: Family Fell Run on Ilkley Moor for 8 to 16 yrs and parents, 9.30am to 10.30am, all abilities. Meet on the grass opposite Darwin Gardens.

Saturday 11th September: Lothersdale young farmers. 1 mile at 3pm. Lothersdale showfield, Near Skipton, North Yorks. Junior and senior races. Details.
Sunday 12th September: Burnsall fell races. 12 noon at Wharfedale. On B6160 between Grassington and Addingham. GR 032611. U9, U12, U14, U17, seniors. Details.
Sunday 19th September: Embsay fell races. 12 noon. Off A65 2m East of Skipton. GR 010539. U9, U12, U14, U17, seniors. Details.
